Rockets’ Patrick Beverley Tears Ligaments in His Wrist

Houston Rockets starting point guard Patrick Beverley is certain to seek input from a wrist surgeon before making a decision about how to treat his potentially season-ending wrist injury.

Beverly won’t be playing in Wednesday’s game against the Pelicans due to torn ligaments in his wrist, caused by an injury that occurred during the team’s victory over the Indiana Pacers Monday night.

According to sources, on Wednesday night Beverly visited a doctor in Houston and is now seeking a second option on how best to treat his injured wrist.

Beverly is averaging 10.1 points and 3.4 assists per game.
