Kentucky Guard Aaron Harrison Dislocates Finger

Dr Pruzansky | March 30, 2015

Kentucky guard Aaron Harrison dislocated his finger last Thursday but recently said to his teammates his finger hurts, but he’ll still be playing in the NCAA Tournament regional final this Saturday against Notre Dame.

“It’s not going to be a big factor in the game” Harrison said before practice. “I’m doing a lot better.”

Harrison injured his ring finger on his left (non-shooting) hand early in the second half in the team’s game against West Virginia. After the injury, his finger appeared bent at an unnatural angle as Harrison winced in pain and rushed off the court.

Aaron Harrison is a 6’6’’ sophomore from Richmond, Texas and is averaging 9.3 points in 25 minutes per game in the tournament.
