Jets’ Fitzpatrick Undergoes Hand Surgery

New York Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick underwent thumb ligament surgery on Friday, November 13th.
He will likely play splinted and taped or casted for 5 weeks or more. Recovery is generally complete with rehabilitation.
As it’s his left, non-throwing hand, he is scheduled to play against the Texans November 22nd.
