Complete paperwork online before arriving. Meet directly with Dr. Pruzansky (not a PA) for a thorough evaluation. On-site X-rays if needed—results reviewed during your visit. Leave with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Most consultations last 30–45 minutes.
If Surgery Is Recommended
Insurance verification and prior authorization handled by our staff. Surgery scheduled at your convenience—often within 1–2 weeks. Procedures performed at Surgicare of Manhattan and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital (part of Lenox Hill Hospital). Most surgeries are outpatient—you go home the same day.
Recovery Support
Direct access to your surgeon for questions. Coordination with hand therapists when needed. Work restriction documentation provided. Flexible follow-up scheduling to accommodate your work calendar.
