Bengals’ QB Andy Dalton Suffers Fractured Thumb
Dr Pruzansky | December 15, 2015
Bengals Quarterback Andy Dalton may not miss the rest of the season due to a fractured thumb injury sustained on Sunday.
Dalton suffered the hand injury during the first quarter of the team’s 33-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, when he threw an interception to Stephon Tuitt.
He is planning on visiting a hand specialist with expertise similar to Dr. Mark E. Pruzansky and Dr. Jason S. Pruzansky.
Dalton said he knew he was injured when he tried to grab a ball after being taken out of play but couldn’t without hand pain.
“It’s unfortunate it happened at this point in the season,” Dalton said. “I’m going to do what I can to get back as soon as I can to help this team. We will kind of see.”
